GENERAL INFORMATION

All students are required to register and pay prior the class. No walk-ins are allowed.
Cards will be issued at the conclusion of the class.

REFUND POLICY

WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY

RESCHEDULING

Requests for rescheduling of a class must be made no later than 2 days prior to the date of the class that is scheduled.  Excpetions may be granted at the discretion of SAFETY NJ in cases of personal illness, course cancellations and other exigent circumstances.  Failure to make such a request as above shall result in an additional fee of $20.00.  If rescheduling falls under an exception then no fee shall be imposed.  If you do not feel safe travelling due to weather conditions, please call and reschedule.  Your safety is important to us.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS

SAFETY NJ will not cancel classess unless exigent or unforseen circumstances occur.  This policy reflects course cancellations initiated by SAFETY NJ only.  For weather related cancellations, notification of the cancellation will be posted on local media outlets and attempts will be made by phone to contact students.  If other unforseen circumstances occur, attempts will be made to contact students prior to the start time of class.  If cancellation occure as above, students shall be given the chouce of a full refund (full price paid) or rescheduling without additional fee.

NO SHOW POLICY

Students who fail to show for the class will not be refunded. In the event of an emergency see the rescheduling policy. Please note: if you are not able to attend the class due to an emergency you must call safety nj prior to the start of the class.
